We want you to love your skates, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your skates are tested on a carpeted surface to maintain their like-new condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Skates

  Place the skates in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
